Dashboard Indicators for Chapter Success

What’s the difference between successful and un-successful chapters? And how can we guage that quickly and effectively? After conducting an industry survey, we uncovered the FOUR CRITICAL VARIABLES and constructed a Chapter Dashboard. The four key areas are:

• Leadership – Vibrant leadership with a clearly defined and operational succession plan
  
• Administrative Structure – Supportive structure that establishes and implements policies and procedures, provides identity and assures continutity
  
• Member Involvement – High commitment and energy; it’s not the number of members, but the level of commitment and engagement
  
• Member Services – A menu that meets members’ needs
