In the association world we're always looking for authentic ways to say thanks - thanks for joining, for volunteering, for participating. Well, from Maddie Grant we have a great example of how to say thanks in a way that is authentic, encourages ongoing participation and gently lets the non-participants know not to miss the next opportunity.
