What to provide an AMC

ASAE offers an "Association RFP Background Information" questionnaire which notes key questions to which an AMC will need your responses. (You can access the document online at http://www.asaenet.org/pdf/background.pdf )

In general, you’ll want to include:

• association profile
• basic background data such as number and types of membership, leadership structure, etc.
• by-laws and operating procedures
• annual operating budget
• copy of your current operating budget
• detailed program descriptions
• if possible, samples of newsletters, brochures, seminar programs, etc.
